Celery spread
Ingredients:
200 g of fine grated celery
2 cloves of pressed garlic
150 g of natural yogurt
salt
ground white pepper
How to do this:
Everything mix properly and leave in a fridge for half an hour.
You can serve it buttered on the whole French loaf decorated with radish (red). As to drink grapefruit juice is recommended.
Spring yogurt spread
Ingredients:
200 ml of natural yogurt
100 g of cheese “Lučina”
1 young carrot
1 young onion
snippet of salt
snippet of ground white pepper
How to do this:
Slice carrot and onion in the small pieces. Everything mix properly and leave rest for a while.
You can serve it buttered on the black bread.
Beetroot salad with honey
Ingredients:
800 g of beetroot
200 g of apples
60 g of horse-radish
125 ml of water
60 g of honey
snippet of caraway-seeds
snippet of salt
How to do this:
Boil beetroot in a water approximately half an hour, skin and grate in the thicker noodles. Mix in horse-radish and fine grated apples and leave in fridge for half an hour. Meanwhile from the rest of ingredients make brine, which be will poured in the beetroot's mix. Mix again and leave on cold place for a while.
You can serve it with whole rolls (bread).
Honey-lemon cream
Ingredients:
300 ml of water
100 g of honey
3 eggs
3 spoons of lemon juice
1 spoon of grated lemon skin
50 g of cornflour
How to do this:
Bring water with lemon skin to the boiling point. During boiling add cornflour scrambled in a bit of cold water. Next add snow from white of eggs and egg yolks. Cook it for 2 min on the mild fire constantly admixing. Put away from fire and afterwards mix in honey and lemon juice.
You can serve it in glass cup decorated by pound cakes, whipped cream and piece of lemon.
